Baltic Cranes Logistics is one of Lithuania's largest crane rental companies, with over 40 years on the market. We are expanding our mobile crane team and looking for an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our fleet operations.

About the Fleet

We operate modern mobile cranes ranging from 100 to 300 tonnes capacity, all 2019 or newer, from leading manufacturers Tadano and Liebherr. You'll be working with well-maintained, up-to-date equipment on a variety of projects across Lithuania.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mobile cranes (100–300t class) on construction and industrial sites
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Set up and position cranes according to lift plans and site conditions
• Work closely with site teams, riggers, and project supervisors
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours, loads, and equipment condition
• Follow all safety regulations and company operating procedures

Requirements

• Valid mobile crane operator license/certification (or equivalent international certification)
• Proven experience operating cranes in the 100–300t range
• Strong understanding of load charts, rigging, and safety protocols
• Willingness to travel to job sites within Lithuania
• Basic English or Russian communication skills (Lithuanian not required)
