MRI Radiology Manager (25,000- 30,000 AED) - Dubai based - Health and Wellness clinics

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MRI Radiology Manager to lead and oversee the MRI and diagnostic imaging function within a premium health and wellness clinic in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of MRI services, while ensuring excellent patient experience, regulatory compliance and smooth day-to-day department operations.

This role requires a strong technical MRI background combined with leadership, operational and team-management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the MRI and diagnostic imaging department.
• Lead, supervise and support MRI Technologists / Radiographers and imaging support staff.
• Ensure all MRI examinations are performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Maintain consistently high standards of image quality and patient care.
• Coordinate closely with Radiologists, Physicians and other clinical teams.
• Manage patient scheduling and workflow to maximise department efficiency.
• Oversee MRI safety screening, including implants, devices, pregnancy and other contraindications.
• Ensure compliance with MRI safety standards and clinic policies.
• Develop, maintain and review MRI scanning protocols in coordination with Radiologists.
• Ensure appropriate infection-control and patient-safety procedures are followed.
• Manage quality assurance and quality-control processes across the department.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance and servicing.
• Liaise with MRI equipment suppliers, engineers and service providers where required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and departmental reports.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits and accreditation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant DHA regulations and UAE healthcare standards.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, patient waiting times and service quality.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of radiology team members.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and identify training and development requirements.
• Manage departmental stock, consumables and operational requirements.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and maintain a premium patient experience.
• Work closely with clinic management to develop and expand diagnostic imaging services.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or recognised qualification in Radiography, Medical Imaging or Radiologic Technology.
• Valid or eligible DHA professional licence.
• Minimum 5–7 years of MRI / Radiography experience.
• Previous experience in a Senior MRI Technologist, Lead Radiographer, Radiology Supervisor or Radiology Manager position is highly desirable.
• Strong hands-on MRI experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MRI safety procedures and screening requirements.
• Strong understanding of MRI protocols, image quality and diagnostic imaging workflows.
• Experience managing and mentoring radiographers / MRI technologists.
• Good understanding of healthcare quality, compliance and patient-safety standards.
• Previous experience within a hospital, diagnostic imaging centre, premium medical clinic or health and wellness environment.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and patient-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy clinical environment while maintaining high standards of care.

Salary budget: 25-30,000 AED per month + medical + visa + bonus
