The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly skilled MSK Physiotherapist to work as a Team Lead across both hospital and community-based sites as part of the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde MSK Physiotherapy Service.
Providing leadership within the South Quadrant of the MSK Physiotherapy Service, with cross-cover of the Clyde Quadrant as required. The role requires an individual with excellent leadership and MSK clinical skills who can lead and support a team of staff, working flexibly alongside other Team Leads and the Quadrant Manager to support and develop the MSK Physiotherapy Service as a whole.
All roles will be assessed for sponsorship eligibility in line with current Home Office requirements. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) can only issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) where these are met.
Duration, Location, and Working Pattern:
You will provide clinical and operational leadership within the MSK Physiotherapy Service, leading their own team of staff and working collaboratively with other Team Leads and the Quadrant Manager.
You will adopt a flexible approach to maximise opportunities to work across the local Quadrant and provide cross-cover within the Clyde Quadrant as required. They will contribute to the wider service leadership team and support the ongoing development and delivery of the MSK Physiotherapy Service across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

- This is a full time post (36) and will be worked Monday to Friday.

Knowledge, training, qualifications and/or experience required to do the job:
- Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Professional qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Strong MSK clinical skills and experience.
- Demonstrable leadership skills and experience.
- Experience of leading and supporting a team.
- Ability to work effectively across hospital and community-based settings.
- Ability to work flexibly across Quadrants and provide cross-cover as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Team Leads, Quadrant Managers and wider service leadership teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to contribute to service development and support the ongoing improvement of MSK Physiotherapy services.
