We are looking for a highly motivated and product-minded MTS – Product Engineering professional to join our Product Engineering team.
This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who wants to do more than simply write and ship code. You will take ownership of products, work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, prioritize features, and help build innovative software from 0→1.
You will contribute to the future of human-software interaction by building modern, LLM-native software that goes beyond traditional chatbot experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Own products from concept through execution and continuously drive them forward.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into impactful product features.
- Prioritize features and make thoughtful product and engineering decisions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
- Build products from 0→1, establishing strong technical foundations as the company scales.
- Work across frontend and backend engineering to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop modern software using React, TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Explore innovative approaches to human-software interaction and product design.
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered capabilities into software products.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and evolving product requirements.
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration.
- 3–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience in full-stack product development.
- Proven experience building products or significant features from 0→1.
- Strong proficiency in one or more full-stack programming environments.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to understand users, prioritize requirements, and make practical decisions.
- Strong design sense and attention to user experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier global university.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in New York City, 5 days per week.
- Experience working at a fast-growing startup, particularly within a Series A–D environment.
- Experience in high-ownership engineering environments such as quantitative technology organizations.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into software products.
- Experience working closely with customers or product teams.
- Product management experience or demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Experience as a founding engineer or working in an early-stage product team.
- Demonstrated career progression and long-term ownership of projects.
