Founded in 2025 and built on over seven years of Dubai market experience, we work with leading developers and provide our agents with fresh leads, marketing resources and practical sales support.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage
• Fluency in multiple languges
• Experience communicating with clients from different cultural and language backgrounds
• Proven sales performance and ability to convert qualified leads
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
• Knowledge of Dubai property opportunities and the local market
• Currently residing in Dubai
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

• Commission structure ranging from 50%–70%
