◆Experience: Proven track record in L2 IT support and IT Project Management (preferably involving 1,000+ users).

◆Management: Experience leading teams of 5–10 people and managing multi-generational stakeholders with a proactive and professional communication style.

◆Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Windows OS environments, enterprise deployment tools, and mobile/scanning device management.

◆Language:

Japanese: Native/Fluent (Professional reading, writing, and speaking required).

English: Business level (Direct reporting and collaboration with overseas management).


[Salary]

¥6,000,000 – ¥10,000,000 per year

Monthly salary: ¥400,000 or more


[Job Description]

A highly adaptable Bilingual IT Lead with extensive experience in end-user support and infrastructure management. Proven track record of bridging the gap between Global/Regional leadership and local execution teams. Expert in transforming high-level project goals into actionable tasks, managing scope boundaries, and leading multi-generational teams through complex system transitions.


[Key Responsibilities]

◆Supervise and lead a team of 5–10 IT professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development across the site.

◆Act as the primary bilingual liaison for Overseas/Regional IT Management, conducting all strategic reporting, negotiations, and technical discussions in English.

◆Drive large-scale IT projects (e.g., Windows migrations for 1,000+ users) from initial planning through to successful closing and post-migration stability.

◆Define and manage the Scope of Work (SOW) to ensure clear role distribution and accountability between internal teams and external vendors.

◆Translate complex L2-level technical issues into simplified, actionable workflows for L1 support staff and end-users.

◆Standardize and bring structure to ambiguous operational processes, implementing clear management frameworks to resolve "rough" or loosely defined workflows.

◆Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of mission-critical hardware, including PC fleets and specialized logistics/warehouse scanning devices.

◆Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring zero disruption to business-critical operations.

◆Facilitate constructive and forward-thinking dialogue with senior stakeholders to align IT initiatives with regional business goals.

Tokyo Area


[Working Hours]

9:00–18:00 (8 hours of actual work)

On-call & Travel: Irregular on-call support and regional business travel may occur as needed once settled into the role.

Average overtime: approximately 7 hours/month


[Salary Increase / Bonus]
