Construction
Construction management/maintenance (Site Engineer/maintenance)
■Construction Management Assistant: Supporting the central command center that underpins the project (desk work & on-site management)
You will be responsible for all aspects of "construction management" (scheduling, safety, and quality control) at construction sites. You will start by supporting senior staff members, so you can learn the job step by step.
■ Specific job duties
Progress management and record-keeping: Recording whether the construction is progressing as planned, and taking photographs of the site.
Document and drawing check: Assisting with the verification of schedules and construction drawings.
Safety and Quality Support: On-site safety management and verification of the availability of necessary materials.
Coordination and administrative tasks: Assisting with coordination with on-site foremen (craftsmen), organizing documents, and preparing reports.
- Clear indication of scope of legal changes to job duties: Job duties may change in the future.
Application requirements
- Required Conditions
- Target majors: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (HVAC and Facilities Engineering), Electrical Engineering
- Required skills: Basic knowledge of construction and engineering.
People who can read and understand drawings (drawing reading ability)
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 or higher (Those with N2 or higher are especially welcome!)
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD is a plus (but not required).
- Graduates of junior colleges/universities in their home country or universities/vocational schools in Japan (those who are expected to graduate are also eligible)
- Residence
