You will join real IT projects at client sites across Japan
as a full-time engineer, covering a wide range of phases.
日本全国のクライアント先でITプロジェクトに参画します。
担当フェーズは上流工程からテストまで幅広く対応可能です。

✔ Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above
日本語能力：JLPT N2相当以上
★ Conversational ability is strongly emphasized

✔ Team project experience (academic or professional)
チームでのプロジェクト経験（学業・課外活動含む）
✔ Knowledge or study in at least one field:

✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (required for visa)

🕘 Working Hours / 勤務時間: 9:00–18:00
8 hrs work + 1 hr lunch ／ may vary by project

📅 Holidays / 休日:
Weekends (Sat & Sun) + National Holidays
土日・祝日休み ★ 125 days off/year（年間休日125日）
🌴 Paid Leave / 有給休暇:
10 days after 6 months → up to 20 days
入社6ヶ月後に10日付与、最大20日（労働基準法に準拠）
