- Engaging in academic activities with opportunities to teach pediatric residents through an appointment with Mercer University School of Medicine.
- Focusing solely on neonatal patient care without nursery responsibilities, with an attractive rounding and call schedule.
- Board-eligible or certified in neonatology.
- Ability to obtain J1 visa sponsorship.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
