Join a well-established neonatology team in a high-acuity Level III NICU, providing advanced neonatal care with state-of-the-art tools such as high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, total body cooling, and aEEG monitoring.
Responsibilities include managing a daily census of approximately 33 in the NICU, supporting a nearby Level II NICU, and collaborating with pediatric subspecialists in cardiology, neurology, general surgery, and endocrinology.
Enjoy a manageable schedule of about 7 shifts per month, with in-hospital 24-hour shifts, resulting in over 20 days off monthly without using PTO, supported by senior NNP coverage for smooth operations.
Be part of a collegial, private practice-style environment with a dedicated team of neonatologists and NNPs in a community-oriented setting backed by robust hospital resources.
Opportunities are available for new graduates and visa candidates, including J-1 sponsorship.
