Role Overview: We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Nephrologist to join a leading multi-specialty group in Savannah, Georgia. This full-time position offers a 4.5-day workweek with no hospital call. The physician will provide comprehensive nephrology services, manage a large coastal patient panel, and hold primary rounding and medical directorship responsibilities at dialysis units.

Compensation & Benefits: Starting with a base salary of $250,000, transitioning to a high-yield production model with potential earnings around $500,000.
