Netflix - Customer Support with German language - REMOTE

Our client is currently seeking German speakers who are willing to work remote from any place in Greece.

Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)

No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!

Work 8h a day (Monday- Sunday 9.00-23.00)

About the project: You will be working for Netflix, a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
• Provide information on subscription plans
• Assist with account management and billing
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams

What you will need:

• Fluent level of German language (at least C1)
• Very good level of English language (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
• You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!

What you will gain:

• Base salary: 1200 euro monthly gross (including 2 extra salaries per year granted by a Greek law)
• Performance Bonus up to 145 euro gross

Additionally:

• Fully remote work system, with the option to work from anywhere in Greece
• All of the work equipment is sent to you by the employer before your first day!
• Full-time, fixed-term Greek contract with the possibility of converting to a permanent contract after expiration
