Network Coordinator (Administrator) – Family Help Care & Protection Service | 11402 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £27,709 to £29,071 per annum | Grade E | Dereham

An opportunity has arisen for a highly focused, organised and resourceful Network Coordinator to support teams within our Family Help Care & Protection Service Team based in Elizabeth House, Dereham.

We are looking for a competent, well organised and self-motivated person to undertake this role. You will have experience of working in an office environment, giving a high level of customer service, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, multi-task, work to tight deadlines, adaptability, and manage information accurately and sensitively.

In this position you will be required to communicate effectively at all levels, have excellent keyboard and ICT skills in Word, Excel and databases. You will also need to have previous experience of arranging and minuting meetings

You will work closely with the Child Protection Expert, Social Workers and other Network Coordinators and Practice Coordinators to support the frontline staff and our children and young people.

Below is a list of tasks that you would assist and complete, though it is not exhaustive:

  • Ensure key meetings are arranged, coordinating with internal and external professionals as well as families
  • Daily minuting of comprehensive meetings
  • Tracking of group supervisions
  • Support the financial processes e.g. raising purchase orders, reconciliation, invoicing, setting up payments
  • Coordinate information on bespoke systems
  • Travel and booking arrangement for staff & families
  • Duty rotas
  • Collating and sending assessments
  • Creating and maintaining trackers

We have ambitious plans to shape how we work with families, placing practitioners and relationship-based practice at the heart of what we do. Our Network Coordinator’s support is integral to the success of these plans.

If you are committed to delivering a first-class level of support, are proactive as well as positive, and have a can-do approach, then I would welcome your application. This is a full-time post, however we will consider applications that wish to work part-time for a job share.

Before you apply, we recommend reading the full Job Description and Person Specification to help you demonstrate you meet the criteria.
