Network Engineer

*For candidates outside Baia Mare, a relocation package will be discussed.

For our client, a manufacturing company, we're looking for a Network Engineer with hands-on experience, ready to take a bigger role in running and improving a multi-site infrastructure. You WIll work on day-to-day operations, take ownership of incidents, and gradually get involved in design decisions.

What you'll work with

• Network: LAN/WAN/WLAN, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, site-to-site and remote VPN
• Security & access: NAC (ClearPass / Cisco ISE), firewalls and ACLs, incident response, Zero Trust principles
• Cloud & hybrid: Azure/AWS connectivity, hybrid VPNs
• Monitoring & tools: SNMP, NetFlow, NMS, Wireshark, root-cause analysis

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in IT networking
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networks (routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
• Good grasp of network security fundamentals
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve incidents independently, with senior support for the most complex cases
• Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues
