We are seeking an experienced IONM professional with a minimum of 5 years' hands-on clinical experience.
You must have extensive independent experience across neuro, spine and ENT / cranial nerve cases and be confident working in complex surgical environments.
You should be able to enter an operating theatre, understand the procedure and monitoring requirements, establish appropriate modalities, communicate effectively with the surgical and anaesthetic teams, recognise significant changes and provide high-level clinical support.
Essential clinical experience includes:Candidates must have completed a broad range of neuro, spine and ENT cases.

🎓 Education & TrainingTrain surgeons, neurophysiologists, technicians and hospital teams in IONM and neurodiagnostic applications.
💻 Medical TechnologyWork with advanced IONM and neurodiagnostic systems, equipment and software.
🚀 Product DevelopmentProvide direct clinical feedback and input into new medical technologies, equipment and applications.
🏥 Hospital DevelopmentSupport hospitals implementing and expanding IONM services.
🤝 Clinical RelationshipsDevelop relationships with leading surgeons, neurologists, neurophysiologists and other clinical stakeholders.
📚 Research & EducationContribute to clinical education, workshops, research initiatives, case studies and potentially publications.
🌏 Regional DevelopmentSupport WorldIONM's expansion and clinical capabilities throughout Asia-Pacific.

Final remuneration will depend on:
