Role & Work Details:

• Position: Content Moderator (Czech & English)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work Type: On-site
• Schedule: Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotating days off per week
• Shift Times: 07:00 – 16:00, 14:00 – 23:00, and 22:30 – 07:30

Compensation & Financial Benefits:

• Base Salary: €920 gross per month (paid over 14 months)
• Welcome Bonus: €1,000 sign-on bonus
• Food Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Monthly Attendance Bonus: €45 per month (paid over 11 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, evaluate, and moderate online content in Czech and English according to platform guidelines
• Make objective, rational decisions to keep digital communities secure and compliant
• Manage incoming content queues efficiently, especially during seasonal traffic peaks and promotion periods
• Apply strong empathy and analytical judgment to digital communication

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in both Czech and English (strong written and verbal communication)
• Objective decision-making skills and good digital awareness
• Familiarity with online trends and e-commerce ecosystems
• Readiness to work on-site in Lisbon on rotating shifts
