" The role is responsible for driving flawless execution of new product launches across API Plus markets to deliver the annual revenue targets. The incumbent will lead end-to-end launch readiness by orchestrating cross-functional teams, ensuring material availability, coordinating product release activities, and enabling timely batch execution and dispatches. The role also plays a critical part in pre-deal diligence, commercial feasibility assessment, and capacity clearance, providing strategic inputs for deal evaluation and tender participation. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, project governance, supply chain coordination, and the ability to translate commercialization plans into on-time market launches. Roles & Responsibilities Drive end-to-end execution of the new product launch roadmap to deliver FY'27 launch revenues. Develop, monitor, and govern launch calendars, milestones, risks, and launch readiness across all planned products. Lead Product Release activities by ensuring timely completion of documentation, approvals, validations, and compliance requirements. Ensure launch readiness through timely availability of APIs, raw materials, and packaging materials in collaboration with Supply Chain and Procurement teams. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Manufacturing, Planning, QA, QC, Regulatory, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution. Drive batch planning, manufacturing execution, finished goods availability, and on-time dispatches aligned to launch commitments. Conduct pre-deal commercial and operational diligence, including feasibility assessments, gap analysis, and risk evaluation for new opportunities. Partner with plant planning and operations teams to assess manufacturing capacity and secure capacity clearances for tenders and strategic deals. Provide commercial, operational, and supply feasibility inputs during deal negotiations and support successful deal finalization. Track launch performance, capacity utilization, revenue realization, and execution risks through dashboards and leadership reporting while driving continuous process improvements. Educational qualification- A graduate in Science/Pharmacy preferably with MBA (either Marketing or Strategy) Minimum work Experience- 8-12 years of experience launch management / Project Management / Business Development / Portfolio Management in Pharmaceutical business/FMCG Skills & Attributes Technical Skills Deep knowledge and strong interests in emerging technology, engineering and world class manufacturing technology in pharma In-depth understanding of the pharma industry, emerging or matured markets, Planning, Supply Chain Management & Sales management. In-depth understanding of competitive landscape & market trends Knowledge of sales and marketing processes, products and therapeutic areas, product launch process, Legal aspects, contracts and negotiations Should have understanding of formulation and API - Development, scale-up, IP strategy, regulatory requirements & manufacturing processes Knowledge on diverse technological and commercial aspects of business Experience/ certification in Project management Behavioural Skills Strategic Planning and Business Development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
