Hiring Range: $300,000- $310,500

UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a full-time Nocturnist Physician to join our growing Hospital Medicine team at Harrington Hospital. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.

Harrington Hospital in Southbridge, MA is a community-focused, acute care hospital serving patients across South Central Massachusetts and Northeastern Connecticut. Key Highlights

  • Established Hospital Medicine program staffed by experience physicians and advanced practice providers
  • 7 on / 7 off nocturnist block schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • 14 shifts per month for full-time status
  • Open ICU, procedures preferred (but not required): intubation, central line
  • Epic electronic medical record platform across the UMass Memorial Health system.
  • Supportive nursing staff and experienced multidisciplinary care teams.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Must hold an MD or DO degree
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
