Your responsibilities include: Supporting customers via phone, email and chat Answering questions about Canon products and services Troubleshooting technical issues Guiding customers towards the right solution Managing customer cases from question to resolution No need to be a Canon expert already – you'll receive full product and technical training. Along the way, you'll build practical experience in technical support, troubleshooting, customer experience and consumer technology – useful skills if you later want to explore other roles within tech, digital support or international customer operations.
