Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required. Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Comfortable using customer support systems and standard office software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
