Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for someone who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as: Norwegian Speaking Customer Consultant Type of Employment: Permanent Location: Riga, Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them; Is fluent in Norwegian and English (both verbal and written, at least B2/C1 level) to communicate with customers and colleagues; Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems; Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills; Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage). YOU COULD BE THE ONE WHO Takes care of our customers via phone and email; Is responsible for card support and account administration; Manages new orders and registrations; Advises our customers regarding station campaigns and products; Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.
