Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Full-Time

Location: Fairbanks, AK

Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time

Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts (40 hours/week)

Pay: $44.09–$70.54/hour (based on experience and education)

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while providing safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately.
• Educate patients and provide support throughout procedures.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform equipment quality checks and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards for radioactive materials.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic/Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• National certification through ARRT Nuclear Medicine Board, NMTCB, or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience preferred.
• Recent acute care experience required.
