Nurse Manager – Emergency Department | Overland Park, KS Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Days Compensation: $44.27 – $61.99 per hour (based on experience) Relocation Assistance: Available on a Case-by-Case Basis Overview A leading Level II Trauma Center in the Kansas City metropolitan area is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead Emergency Department operations. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily clinical and operational functions, ensuring high-quality patient care, driving quality outcomes, supporting staff development, and maintaining efficient department operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced Emergency Department leader who thrives in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams and improving patient outcomes.
