We're seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our 40-bed Neurovascular Unit, overseeing approximately 120 caregivers with the support of an Assistant Nurse Manager.

About the Unit
This specialized neurovascular unit cares for:
- Neurovascular telemetry patients
- Post-stroke patients
- Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) patients
- Vascular surgery patients
- Post-operative neurosurgery patients
- Post-operative spinal surgery patients

They are accountable for the 24/7 operations of their defined unit(s). The Nurse Manager is accountable for the quality of care delivered and outcomes of areas under their leadership. The Nurse Manager establishes an environment where healing and wellness are optimized and the core values of the organization are realized for both our patients and caregivers. The Nurse Manager leads effective care delivery through strong caregiver engagement, wise use of resources, and compassionately holding others accountable for their behaviors and actions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of acute care RN work experience
2 or more years of leading staff in role with direct reports
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Coursework/Training: Formal coursework in Management, Finance, and other administrative subjects
- Upon hire: National Certification from a recognized professional organization in a relevant field of clinical expertise
- Management experience
