Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Structural Heart-Interventional Cardiology(San Francisco, CA)

Opportunity Information Sutter West Bay Medical Group has an opportunity for an experienced, highly collaborative Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Structural Heart/Interventional Cardiology program in San Francisco. This position works directly with Interventional Cardiologists to support multidisciplinary care for patients with complex cardiovascular and structural heart disease. The Nurse Practitioner will play an integral role across the continuum of care, including outpatient clinic visits, inpatient evaluations, procedural planning, and post-intervention follow-up, while developing strong collaborative relationships with Advanced Heart Failure (AHF) and Cardiothoracic Surgery (CTS) teams.
