Seeking a compassionate OB/GYN to join a respected Women's Health team in Baldwin, Wisconsin.

- Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care within a collaborative, low-intervention model.
- Practice relationship-based medicine focused on physiologic birth and personalized patient experiences.
- Participate in a well-established rural women's health program with an emphasis on minimizing unnecessary surgical interventions.
- Deliver care at a modern birth center with comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services.
- Licensed OB/GYN with the ability to practice full scope of OB/GYN medicine.
- Patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to quality outcomes.
- Enjoy a supportive work environment with physician autonomy and reasonable call responsibilities.
- Earn a base salary of $390,000 with additional incentives based on RVU production, quality, patient satisfaction, and community engagement.
