Position Overview
Seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a well-established women's health practice in a leading healthcare organization. The role offers a collaborative, community-based environment with strong surgical volumes, immediate patient demand, and access to advanced resources.

Seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a well-established women's health practice in a leading healthcare organization. The role offers a collaborative, community-based environment with strong surgical volumes, immediate patient demand, and access to advanced resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 20–22 patients daily across clinic and surgical settings
- Perform gynecologic surgeries, including robotic procedures with Da Vinci technology
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a Level II Nursery setting with about 800 annual deliveries
- Collaborate with onsite Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urogynecology specialists
- Participate in a 24/7 Laborist program with in-house coverage and backup OB call at a 1:6 ratio
- Enjoy a balanced schedule with an optional four-day workweek, clinic, OR days, and post-call time off
- Medical degree with OB/GYN specialization
- Proficiency in surgical procedures, including robotic gynecologic surgery
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a diverse patient population
- Base salary with RVU incentives and quality bonuses
