Deliver patient-centered therapy, develop individualized care plans, and support patients across the continuum of care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments Develop, implement, and adjust individualized occupational therapy plans Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes and independence Observe, document, and report patient responses to therapy and condition changes Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home programs Communicate payor requirements and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Prioritize caseload, manage staffing needs, and coordinate assignments and handoffs Qualifications Required: Licensed Occupational Therapist in Florida Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of start Minimum 1 year of OT experience (acute care, inpatient, or rehabilitation) Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy Preferred: Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation or hospital-based therapy programs Strong interpersonal and patient engagement skills Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and outcome measurement Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $32.62-$48.93 depending on experience Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case (2-year commitment) Relocation assistance: Case-by-case 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education and professional development support Ideal For This opportunity is ideal for licensed Occupational Therapists passionate about patient-centered care in an acute or inpatient rehabilitation setting.
