Rajha Real Estate is looking for motivated and performance-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals with proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, specializing in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market properties.

IMPORTANT: This is a COMMISSION-BASED ONLY position.

Real estate experience is strictly required. Candidates without prior real estate experience will not be considered.

Requirements

Proven experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory
Experience in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market sales
Strong negotiation, sales, and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Good understanding of Dubai's real estate market
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Valid UAE driving license is preferred
RERA certification is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Market and sell Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landlords, buyers, and developers
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and investment consultations
Advise clients on market trends, payment plans, and suitable property opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Stay updated on new launches, developer offers, resale opportunities, and market movements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales and lead reports
Attend client meetings, networking events, and property exhibitions
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations
