Join a growing oncology/hematology team as a BE/BC Physician, providing comprehensive cancer care including Medical, Radiation, and Breast Oncology services.
Key responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support early lung cancer diagnosis through innovative programs, and utilize advanced technology like the Varian Edge Radiation System.
Support staff includes: RNs, dieticians, pharmacists, and medical assistants, with 9 exam rooms and a 12-bay infusion suite.
Workload and tools: Manage an average of 16-20 patients daily using Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to optimize documentation, reduce administrative tasks, and enhance patient flow.
Schedule and call responsibilities: Monday to Friday, with shared rotating night and weekend inpatient call.
Qualifications and skills: Board-certified or eligible in Oncology/Hematology, with strong communication and collaborative skills.
Compensation and benefits: Competitive package exceeding $750K including base salary, bonuses, CME, relocation, debt assistance, and comprehensive health and retirement plans. Support for J-1 visa waivers and access to free childcare are included.
