You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with suppliers, and managing stock levels to minimize downtime and support operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of coffee machine spare parts and related inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure spare parts timely and at optimal costs. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking. Collaborate with service and operations teams to fulfill parts requests efficiently. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock management. Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and procurement activities. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in inventory management, preferably with spare parts handling. Knowledge of coffee machine components and spare parts is highly desirable. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
