THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Santander UK is looking for a Operations Analyst based out of Milton Keynes or Manchester . The aim of this role is to champion the delivery of high-quality, reliable change across Financial Crime, enabling the safe and effective implementation of functional and operational enhancements. Working within an agile environment, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Functional and Technical Architects, and third-party partners to ensure testing excellence across Partenon and non-Partenon platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape quality outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and play a key part in protecting the integrity of Santander's Financial Crime services while developing your expertise and career. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Lead the analysis and definition of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requirements, including test scope, test script creation, and test data preparation. Review and interpret functional and technical solution documentation, validating delivered changes against business requirements for both Model Office and User Acceptance Testing, and providing constructive challenge where appropriate. Plan and deliver testing activities independently, managing changing priorities while building and maintaining effective relationships with operational teams, project stakeholders, and senior leaders. Coordinate business engagement and formal sign-off processes, assessing readiness for deployment, challenging entry and exit criteria, identifying risks, and escalating issues where necessary. Manage testing incidents through clear, accurate, and timely logging and tracking, while producing and communicating meaningful testing management information (MI) to product and project stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality testing outcomes and successful delivery of change. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance testing processes, governance, and quality standards across the Financial Crime function. Professional Experience Experience delivering User Testing across financial services, with knowledge of Partenon and other core operational or third-party systems. (Preferred) A great understanding of Financial Crime customer operational processes and the ability to assess change against business requirements. (Required) Hands-on experience using testing management tools such as JIRA and Xray to plan, execute, and track testing activities. Salary Range: £35,452.00 - £53,178.00 per annum (depending on experience) This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
