With year-round warm weather, easy access to fishing, boating and outdoor adventures, shorter commutes and a strong sense of community, Darwin provides an enviable work-life balance. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate looking to make the move and embrace all that the Top End has to offer.

  • Monitor WHSEQ performance and drive a proactive safety culture across all operations
  • Identify future opportunities and contribute to business growth and strategic planning
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, company standards and client expectations

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction project delivery and operational leadership
  • Strong background in commercial building and construction environments
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects, teams and resources simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success leading operational performance and driving business outcomes
  • Strong contract administration and commercial management capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills
  • Strong understanding of WHSEQ requirements within the construction industry
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance
  • Current Driver's Licence and White Card

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience leading regional or business unit operations
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic planning and resource management capability
  • Experience working within ERP systems such as Pronto, SAP or similar
  • Ability to identify opportunities, drive innovation and improve operational performance

  • Supportive, collaborative and values-driven culture
  • Strong focus on safety, innovation and continuous improvement

Why Darwin?

  • Enjoy a relaxed lifestyle with minimal commuting
  • Access world-class fishing, boating, camping and outdoor recreation
  • Experience year-round warm weather and outdoor living
  • Become part of a welcoming and community-focused region
  • Enjoy an exceptional work-life balance while leading meaningful projects across the Northern Territory
