What You'll Do As our Rope Access Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Rope Access services while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include: Lead and manage all Rope Access operations across multiple job sites. Schedule crews, manage equipment, and ensure project readiness. Hire, mentor, and develop top Rope Access professionals. Conduct job site visits to support field teams and maintain quality standards. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture. Review Job Safety Assessments and ensure compliance with company and client safety requirements. Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory. Develop Rope Access procedures, execution plans, and operational documentation. Support estimating, project bids, contracts, and customer agreements. Build and strengthen client relationships while supporting business growth. Collaborate with other PROtect locations to maximize resources and manpower. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills.
