We are seeking a board-certified General Ophthalmologist to join a physician-led organization in Central California.

Key responsibilities include performing

  • diagnostic testing in-clinic,
  • conducting cataract surgeries,
  • administering injections,
  • and managing a diverse case mix with subspecialty support in retina, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.

The role involves seeing approximately 15–16 patients per half-day clinic and performing 7–14 OR cases daily, with a low-intensity call schedule (1:6) and minimal overnight disruptions.

Qualifications and skills include board certification, clinical expertise in ophthalmology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional duties involve participating in clinical interests, earning bonuses, and contributing to team efforts.
