Oracle APEX Programmer

We are looking for a Oracle APEX Programmer to join a government-sector project in the Sultanate of Oman. We are looking for passionate, innovative, results-oriented specialist with heart-deep commitment to success to be a part of our international company.

You will work as part of a dedicated development team, contributing to the delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable applications that support essential public services.

The position is offered with relocation to Oman.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle APEX applications and PL/SQL code.

• Implement REST API integrations and connect applications with enterprise, government, and AI services.

• Develop APEX reports, interactive grids, workflows, and bilingual/RTL interfaces.

• Ensure application security, performance, and code quality.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle development.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX, including recent experience with APEX 22.x or later.

• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including packages, triggers, bulk processing, dynamic SQL, and performance tuning.

• Proven experience designing and integrating ORDS and REST APIs.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX security, including authentication, authorization, Active Directory, and SSO.

• At least one valid Oracle certification in Oracle APEX or Oracle PL/SQL is required.

• Experience delivering enterprise-grade Oracle APEX solutions in a corporate environment.

Nice-to-have

• Experience developing bilingual and RTL applications.

• Experience with external API integrations and, ideally, AI service integration.

• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
