🔹 Functional Consultant

• Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
• 4+ years of experience with Public Sector customers
• 6+ years implementing and configuring off‑the‑shelf solutions for software vendors
• 6+ years developing and documenting As‑Is and To‑Be business processes
• Expertise in Public Sector domains: Permitting, Licensing, Code Enforcement, Planning

🔹 Technical Consultant

• Hands‑on with data conversions/migrations, system integrations, reports, and system configuration tasks
• 4+ years with Oracle Database or SQL Server (minimum 1 year each)
• 2+ years of experience with Public Sector customers
• 2+ years with Oracle BI Publisher & Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence
• 2+ years delivering solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud
• Strong proficiency in REST web services and Python
• Skilled in Data Conversion/Migration Analysis & Development
• Experienced in System Integration Analysis & Development
