Order Management Coordinator (English)

Krayden Europe B.V. is looking for an organised, detail-oriented Order Management & Operations Coordinator to join our international team based in Assendelft.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll coordinate the complete order process from receipt through to delivery. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be working closely with customers, warehouse operations and internal teams, you'll ensure orders are processed accurately, and deliveries are completed on time.

While customer communication forms part of the role, the primary focus is coordinating the end-to-end order management process and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Process customer orders accurately using the internal systems.
• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations
• Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery updates where required.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and inventory records.

Customer & Sales Support

• Respond to customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and products.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional and timely communication.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer and operational queries.

Warehouse & Operations

• Work closely with warehouse colleagues to support efficient order fulfilment.
• Support invoicing and purchase-to-pay processes.
• Ensure operational data is accurate and up to date.
• Help Monitor inventory levels and resolve stock discrepancies.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve order management and operational processes.
• Maintain work instructions and support process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

About You

You are an organised and proactive individual who enjoys coordinating multiple activities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You will have:

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in order management, order processing, sales support, customer operations, logistics coordination or supply chain administration.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Good computer skills and confidence using business systems.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and work accurately under pressure.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands, with sponsorship considered for graduates from recognised universities.

Desirable

• Experience within manufacturing, industrial distribution, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
