Compensation & Benefits (varies based on experience, location and other factors) Earning potential of up to $400,000+ (full-time) $1,350+ per day +$100 per banding 2 weeks paid vacation (full-time) License reimbursement Full medical benefits (including family coverage) Malpractice insurance provided $2,000 annual CE allowance Relocation/sign-on bonus up to $10,000 Sponsorship available for H-1B, TN, and Green Card candidates 401(k) with employer match Responsibilities Examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment planning ensuring optimal outcomes. Deliver high-quality care by performing orthodontic procedures such as fitting braces, adjusting appliances, and managing retention devices. Direct and support Dental Assistants and auxiliary team members. Collaborate with other dentists in the practice to provide integrated care of patients requiring additional services. Adhere to all federal and state regulations including state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA requirements. Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with company standards.
