We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand Surgery to join a dedicated orthopedic group.
Key responsibilities include: leading and expanding a hand surgery service, performing procedures such as carpal and cubital tunnel release, management of compression neuropathies, soft-tissue mass excision, thumb CMC arthroplasty, and hand/wrist fracture care.
The role offers a hospital-employed position with clinic hours Monday-Thursday and Friday mornings, no evening or weekend clinics, and a 1:4 call schedule. The practice supports approximately 25-40 patients daily and performs 4-8 surgeries in the hospital. Office capabilities include X-ray, casting, injections, and aspirations.
Qualifications: board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery and fellowship training in Hand Surgery.
Compensation and benefits: a base salary of $950,439, sign-on bonus, loan repayment, residency/stipend, relocation assistance, performance incentives, paid time off, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, health insurance, and retirement plans.
