Position Details
Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) is a 141-bed Duke Lifepoint affiliated hospital, and is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier® with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast.
TCRH is considered a rural facility that serves a large medical population of approximately 60,000 within a 100-mile radius and includes acute care, ambulatory care and emergency services.

Position Details
- Full-time, hospital-employed General Orthopedic Surgery opportunity with Twin County Orthopedics in Galax, Virginia.
- Solo practice opportunity; sports medicine interests welcome alongside a general orthopedic surgery focus.
- Monday-Friday schedule with dedicated OR block time and flexibility to expand surgical days as volume grows.
- Established clinic support includes an LPN, X-ray technologist, and front-office staff.
- 10 days of call per month required, with additional compensation for extra call.
- Seeking a community-focused surgeon interested in growing the practice; visa candidates welcome.
