A premier healthcare system is expanding its Orthopedic Surgery team in El Paso, Texas, with two distinct openings at the largest ORS multi-specialty group in Texas — a Pediatric-Focused Orthopedic Surgeon and a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon — both driven by tremendous, sustained growth, not attrition. Whichever path fits your training and interests, you're walking into a true turn-key practice: a well-established patient panel with strong surgical volume from day one and a tremendous community reputation driving continued demand. Both roles share a predictable Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule with 1-2 days in the OR and 3-4 days in clinic, access to 3 Da Vinci robotic systems and state-of-the-art technology, and an essentially 1:1 physician-to-APP ratio that gives you real, consistent clinical support. Bread-and-butter cases make up the bulk of the work, split roughly 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient, and both roles offer strong, uncapped compensation with real upside as your practice grows.

• Blended clinical scope — practice approximately 40% adult/general orthopedics and 60% pediatric orthopedics, keeping your caseload varied and engaging.

• Reasonable, defined call — peds ortho call runs approximately 10 days per month, with the option to add adult ortho call if desired.
