Role: General Orthopedic Surgeon
Responsibilities: Perform routine orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, fracture repairs, knee and shoulder scopes, Achilles tendon repairs, carpal tunnel releases, and some sports-related cases. Provide patient care in a community with a diverse population of seniors and families.
Key Duties: Manage approximately 7-10 days of call per month, ensuring quality care and surgical proficiency.
Qualifications & Skills: Ability to handle a variety of orthopedic procedures, with flexibility for additional sports cases. Strong surgical skills and patient management abilities required.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $450K to $600K, with options for W-2 or 1099 employment. Full benefits include paid malpractice, CME, vacation, sick leave, holidays, relocation assistance, and medical & life insurance.
