- Provide comprehensive ENT care to adult and pediatric patients in a community-based practice.
- Manage a broad case mix, including clinic, operating room, and ambulatory surgery center procedures.
- Build and expand a high-demand practice with strong institutional support.
- Balance clinical duties with autonomy to develop your own practice and patient base.
- Participate in hospital call coverage (~7 days/month), including inpatient care, phone consults, and minor procedures.
- Collaborate within a large ENT network for mentorship and professional growth.
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates and international medical graduates.
- Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and patient-focused approach.
