Position: Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive ENT care to adult and pediatric patients in a community-based practice.
  • Manage a broad case mix, including clinic, operating room, and ambulatory surgery center procedures.
  • Build and expand a high-demand practice with strong institutional support.
  • Balance clinical duties with autonomy to develop your own practice and patient base.
  • Participate in hospital call coverage (~7 days/month), including inpatient care, phone consults, and minor procedures.
  • Collaborate within a large ENT network for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Open to all experience levels, including new graduates and international medical graduates.
  • Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and patient-focused approach.
