Position: Otolaryngologist (ENT) in a community-based practice within an academic healthcare system.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive ENT care for adult and pediatric patients, including clinic, operating room, and ambulatory surgery center procedures. Manage a balanced schedule with clinic, OR, and ASC time, and participate in hospital call duties (~7 days/month) involving phone consults, inpatient coverage, and minor procedures. Build and expand a high-demand practice with mentorship and collaboration from a large ENT network.
Qualifications: MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible, open to all experience levels including new graduates. Strong clinical judgment, ability to work independently, team-oriented, patient-focused, and interested in community practice development. Open to both AMG and FMG candidates.
