Join a collaborative healthcare system as an Otolaryngologist (ENT) in a welcoming community setting.

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing comprehensive ENT care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures such as ear, nose, throat, head and neck surgeries, and pediatric ENT services.
  • Managing patient examinations during routine office hours and performing surgeries at the hospital.
  • Collaborating with a team of physicians and supporting staff, with opportunities for leadership and mentorship.
  • Maintaining flexibility in scheduling, with a typical mix of office and surgical days, and participating in call coverage (1:3, including weekends).

Qualifications And Skills

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within five years of residency).
  • Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic) and excellent clinical and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ($473,000–$641,000), with potential bonuses and incentives.
