Outpatient Gastroenterology

Role: Outpatient Gastroenterologist responsible for providing specialized care within a busy practice in Janesville, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced gastrointestinal procedures in an outpatient setting.
• Manage a patient panel aged 18 and older, seeing approximately 12-15 patients daily.
• Conduct telehealth visits, primarily at the office, with administrative support to handle inbox management.
• Collaborate with fellows and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal call duties.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform advanced GI procedures.
• Experience working outpatient only.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including working with fellows.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred.
  
  

Key Duties

• Build a flexible schedule of 4-5 days per week with support staff.
• Deliver high-volume care in a busy practice from day one.
• No call requirements, with a focus on outpatient care and procedures.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary between $600,000 and $800,000, with a 2-year guarantee.
