This Macon location represents our primary physician search to establish long-term clinical leadership.

• Tech-Enabled Care Architecture: Predictive diagnostic tools, clinical trial integration, and a multidisciplinary care team support a modern, efficient outpatient clinic.

What You'll Do

• Outpatient Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality pulmonary care, managing a consistent patient volume of 20+ patients per day.
• APP Leadership: Supervise 2+ Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and oversee clinic support staff.
• Program & Research Integration: Participate in innovative virtual care programs and earn additional production revenue through clinical trial involvement (10% trial revenue share).
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain collaborative referral relationships with regional primary care networks.

Who You Are/Requirement

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Board-Certified Pulmonologist, with a dedicated focus on outpatient pulmonary medicine.
• Clinical Interests: Seeking a long-term outpatient practice without critical care or hospitalist responsibilities. Sleep Medicine board certification is a strong plus.
• Location & Visa: Local candidate or willing to relocate to Macon, GA. Open to J‑1 waiver and H‑1B visa transfers.
