Paid Social Media Manager

Your Role at HFM: Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the Paid Social team. Own performance across all paid social acquisition channels. Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on Leads, FTDs, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Work hands-on inside ad platforms including: Meta Ads Manager Tik Tok Ads Manager Telegram Ads Manager X Ads Develop testing frameworks for creatives, funnels, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Collaborate closely with creative, compliance, and product teams. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using data. Monitor tracking accuracy, attribution models, and pixel implementation. Mentor and manage paid social specialists within the team. Stay updated on platform changes, compliance requirements, and industry trends within forex/CFD marketing. Identify new growth opportunities and emerging acquisition channels. This person will be reporting to the Performance Marketing Team Leader. Requirements BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 3–4+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience within the forex/CFD industry. Proven experience managing high-budget performance campaigns. Strong understanding of trader acquisition funnels and lead quality optimization. Deep expertise in Meta advertising and strong experience with other social platforms. Experience optimizing toward CPA, FTDs, ROAS, and retention metrics. Strong analytical mindset. Experience working with analytical tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics & Excel/Spreadsheets. Experience working with tracking tools, attribution platforms, and analytics solutions like Google Tag Manager. Ability to lead, coach, and develop a performance-driven team. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English.
