Role: Interventional Pain Management Physician in a well-established solo practice in Southern California's Coachella Valley.

- Perform interventional pain procedures such as stimulations, RFAs, SI joint fusion, PNS, MILD, and Intracept.
- Manage a high volume of patient visits, including over 1000 monthly visits and 100+ new patients.
- Work in a single-OR accredited Pain ASC with a strong stim volume and a nearby clinic.
- Collaborate with existing team of 2 NPs and potentially expand practice services.
- Possibility to buy into the ASC after one year.
- Board Certified or Eligible in interventional pain management.
- Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management.
- Residency in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology with ACGME fellowship.
- Experience with procedures like stim, RFA, SI joint fusion, PNS, MILD, or Intracept preferred.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $425K to $475K, with uncapped bonus potential.
- Up to $100K sign-on bonus and relocation package with a 36-month retention commitment.
